Rachel Hann on Scenographic Futures. December 3, in Gothenburg.

19.11.2019

Dr Rachel Hann is a world leading scenography scholar based at the University of Surrey, UK. She is the author of Beyond Scenography (2018), a book that establishes a sharp theoretical understanding of the previously messy concept of scenography. Hann's scenography theory is relevant because it contributes a useful critical framework for exploring the relationship between multisensory experiences, normativities and ideologies in any cultural setting. Hann's favourite scenographic example is the Christmas Tree - come to experience her talk and find out more!
